I attend NTRPG con regularly. Every year is a blast seeing old friends and making new ones. Each time I go I think it couldn’t get any better, and then it does!
The NTRPG Con focuses on old-school Dungeons & Dragons gaming (OD&D, 1E, 2E, or Basic/Expert) as well as any pre-1999 type of RPG produced by the classic gaming companies of the 70s and 80s (TSR, Chaosium, FGU, FASA, GDW, etc).
They also support retro-clone or simulacrum type gaming that copies the old style of RPGs (Swords & Wizardry, Castles & Crusades, and others). ANY RPG games are welcome at the Con.
If you don’t live nearby, it’s worth the trip!
Whenever I go to conventions or shows I usually bring a selection of prints and sometimes originals of my past and present art work. It’s a nice way to leave a convention with something special that won’t break the budget. As with my sculpted pieces, I will be offering signed prints as well. Coming soon.
